Solution:

REGEDIT Below HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Hydratec\HydraCAD\Ver50\3dDetail should be InsertFitting & SetNewDefault Add the KEY SetNewDefault below 3dDetail In one instance, the missing String values in SetNewDefault also caused the errors, so I exported and emailed the 12 strings and it worked for the user. [GAB 2/27/17]
