Solutions:

Cause:

corrupt or 32-bit versions of certain microsoft files are in the system32 folder.

Solution:

-uninstall HydexVB3-64Files.msi from control panel -Delete or Rename these files in the System 32 folder : MFC100.dll MFC100u.dll MSVCR100.dll MSVCP100.dll --reinstall HydexVB3-64Files.msi from hes/common
