Description:

No pipe types in the Pulldown for pipe types. Entry is blank, and the continue button is grayed out.

Cause:

1. All used pipe types are a single letter - i.e. "F" or are not defined at all.

Solution:

1. Pipe types need at to be at least two (2) letters i.e. "FP"
