Solutions:

Cause:

inserting a floor to floor marker when it already exists (inserting point A when point A is already on plan) This is most likely caused by deleting an interlevel connection on one floor but not removing the counter part of the connection on the lower floor. Be sure to delete both.

Solution:

Choose a different letter for floor to floor marker and reinsert
