1. Possibly some HES files/folders were set to Read-only. 2. Windows 10 access issue. User has admin rights, but is unable to edit files
User installed Hcad v55 Multi-platform but an older HydraLIST version was installed (50.21.1) to the computer. Although the 50.21.5 update was sent and installed, re-running AutoLIST didn't help and when re-checking About HydraLIST, it still showed 50.21.1. Using Windows File Explorer, navigate to the C:\HES\Hydlist folder, right-click it, select PROPERTIES and make sure no check is in the 'Read-only' checkbox. Allow it to make changes to all sub-folders and files. Re-run the HydraLIST 50.21.5 update and you should be all set. [GAB 1/11/18] 2. Right click on each shortcut for Hydratec software and pick Properties. Pick Advanced and check Run as Administrator (AVD 2/5/19)
