Cause:

The AutoCALC was halted by an error before finishing. During the process files are tagged as being used. The process never got to release or unlock the files for editing. When the process restarts the file is still locked. or bad TOS insertion
Solution:

Save and close the curent drawing. Reopen the drawing and try AutoCALC again. Delete and reinsert the TOS tags making sure to follow the proper insertion methods. See link for more info. http://hydratec.blogs.com/the_h_factor/2009/04/denoting-a-peaked-roof-with-multiple-pitches.html
