Microsoft Jet Database engine cannot open the file ...... Runtime Error 14

Solutions:

Cause:

Error caused by a folder being set to "read only". This error will also cause Runtime Error 3051 when attempting to open HydraLIST.

Solution:

in windows explorer right click on the C:\HES folder or C:\HES\HydList\Ver50\Data\SetUp folder and pick properties. Uncheck Read only and apply to all folders, subfolders and files.
