Revit Based HydraCALC (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

When trying to add reference points, none are added and this error shows:

Solutions:

Cause:

Cause is still currently under investigation and seems to be limited to Revit version 26.2.007 and/or Revit 2025 specifically.

This error can also appear when using HydraCALC Setup, or when returning from Hydraulic Calculations, when reference points are meant to be placed automatically.

Solution:

We are still working on a solution. If you encounter this error, please contact us at RevitSupport@HydraCAD.com so we can learn more, and help resolve this issue.

In the meantime & if possible, working on your model in Revit 2024 or 2023 will avoid this issue.
