Command Failure for External Command... The symbol is not active


Solutions:

Cause:

The program is not activating the symbol automatically
Solution:
  • Under Families > Generic Models, find "3DClashBubble-HydraCAD"
  • Drag and drop it into your project
  • Run Import Clashes

Cause:

The program is not activating the symbol automatically
Solution:

 Update to Hydratec for Revit program version 25.0.004 or higher
