I can't find the 'Sentinel Product Key' for my Gemalto entitlement.  This is an 18-digit number.
Solution:

How to find your 'Sentinel Product Key' in the RUS entitlement tool: 

  1. Open the RUS tool. This should have been installed on your machine with any Hydratec Software to the folder C:\HES\Common.  The file is called RUS_MGCGX.exe.  
  2. Go to the the 'Transfer License' tab in RUS and you should see any and all entitlement 'Key Ids' listed in the KEY ID column.
