Description:

When double-clicking an .HVUF file, you get a Run-time error 321

Invalid file format

Solutions:

Cause:

The job didn't process properly in HydraLIST and end user was opening a blank .HVUF file

 

 
Solution:

When double-clicking the .HVUF file, if the file is 0kb, it means it's blank, therefore it won't work anyway.

 

The real cause in this case was that the job was hanging during the process and therefore wasn't able to create a final printout file.  Check the version of HydraLIST to confirm it's up-to-date.
