Security and Licensing HydraKEY (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Using Error Type: Security Error

Description:

There was a failure to find or convert the subscription Id. (3)

Solutions:

Cause:

Your subscription ID has non-numerical characters in it for some reason.
Solution:

In HydraKEY, "Log Out" of your subscription.  

Then "Log In" again using your email and password.

Select the subscription you want from the grid and use the "Register" button to register this machine to it.

Open a product contained in the subscription.
