There is an issue with your Subscription ID. (2)

Solutions:

Cause:

Your subscription ID contains non-number characters for some reason.
Solution:

In HydraKEY, use the "Log Out" button and then "Log In" again with your account.

Register this machine to the chosen subscription from the grid using the "Register" button.

Try opening a product contained within that subscription.
