Description:

Command Failure for External Command... System.NullReferenceException

Solutions:

Cause:

In the Pipe Tag Setup window, you have the 'System Walker Selection' box checked when you made a 'User Selection', likely by dragging a window around the pipes to be tagged. 
Solution:

Use the system walker to select the pipe, and then select the 'System Walker Selection' method, or use User Selection if you defined it yourself.
