Button: Size Pipe Setup Error Type: Warning

Description:

When trying to size a pipe, you get the message, "Warning! - Z Coordinates have been detected and must be removed!

Pick OK to begin Phase One elimination

 

Solutions:

Cause:

This size pipe tool only allows you to size pipe drawn on the floor.  The pipe you’re trying to size likely has a z coordinate on it.  You must make sure all your pipe is on the floor before you can continue.
Solution:

Clicking OK should bring this window,  Click Yes to eliminate Z coordinates.  You can also type in EZ1 to start the process.

 

An alternative method is to click the pipe and view its properties.  If you see that Start Z or End Z has a value other than 0, then this pipe is not on the 'floor'.  Set both values to be zero and try again. 

You can do all the pipes at once by using 'Select Similar' and setting all values to zero.
