Revit Based HydraLIST (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)

Button: Auto Stocklist

Description:

When the stocklist is finished, it shows the main as one long & continuous pipe, and not segmented by couplings, etc. 

Main A is too long. 

Solutions:

Cause:

The database is out of date and causing the couplings not to list properly. 
Solution:
  • Navigate to C:\HES\HydraCAD\Ver50\AutoListElements\Data\Setup

(Note: if you installed Hydratec for Revit on a different drive, you will have to replace C: with the correct drive letter) 

  • Locate the File named exactly mdbtrans.mdb and delete it.

Ignore any files named similar but with numbers after it, etc 

  • After the mdbtrans file has been deleted, from the HydraLIST ribbon inside of Revit, press the Setup button,
  • You will get an error saying that the mdbtrans file could not be found, simply say okay.
  • There should now be a button on the HydraLIST ribbon called New Process Database Available, which looks like the update button but with green arrows. Please select it. 
  • Rerun the Stocklist, and it should now show Main A properly segmented by couplings.
