Revit Based HydraCAD (Ribbon/Toolbar/Location)
Description:
Hanger Assembly dropdown list is incomplete.
The features of HydraLIST were not fully, or correctly installed. This could happen due to a Hydratec for Revit update not installing correctly.
In this instance, HydraLIST's ribbon not appearing and it malfuctioning as detailed in Card 969, allowed the error to still persist and still cause issues after even a rollback.
Update to the newest version yet again, if you performed a rollback.
To fix the issue with the missing hanger assemblies, download and run the .exe fix file located here.
It should restore HydraLIST'S functionality.
When attempting to download and run the fix, you will need to approve it likely on download and while attempting to run it. This file is safe, and can be verified on screen that it is provided by Hydratec Inc.
