Command Failure for External Command... System.OutOfMemoryException

Solutions:

Cause:

The update to Version 22.0.005 fixed an issue involving the Maximum Distance from Existing Fitting option, and you may have an old value saved in the entry box, which created this issue. 
Solution:

In the dialog box, enter 0 (zero) for each of the highlighted values below. 

After this is done, cancel the command and restart it by selecting the couplings button again. 

Then enter the values as desired, and this should fix the issue.
