Description:

HydraKEY icon disappears from the desktop when trying to run the application after install. 

Solutions:

Cause:

The antivirus or firewall installed on the computer deleted or blocked HydraKEY from running. In particular, one customer encountered this problem on a computer using Kaspersky antivirus software.
Solution:

HydraKEY needs to be set as an accepted application / have an exclusion made for it. You can either do this yourself if you have access, or if you do not contact your IT department and they can create the exception.
