Description:

There are identical instances in the same place.. This will result in double counting in schedules.

Cause:

When connecting a pipe to a head, there is already a pipe connected to that head.

Solution:

Draw a pipe from the end of the pipe to the line, or erase the pipe connected to the head and retry the command.
