Revit could not complete the external command. Revit encountered a System.DllNotFoundException: Unable to load DLL 'HydraLibRVT.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

Solutions:

Cause:

You are on an older version of windows or are missing important Microsoft files.

Solution:

Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64) It must be version 14.29 or later.

download and install file as administrator.
