Cause:

Pre-Calc Questions dialog has problem where multi-line questions do not appear properly. The top of the first line and bottom of the second line of multi-line questions are cut off
Solution:

Adjust text size by going into Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization->Display->Make text and other items larger or smaller. Select Smaller - 100% and problem will be fixed
