Button: Configure Head Function: Connect Head Error Type: None

Description:

No error, but when trying to connect a sprinkler to a pipe, connect head does not let you select a sprinkler

Solutions:

Cause:

An update changed the functionality of Connect Head. It will be corrected shortly.

In the meantime, there is an easy workaround detailed in this solution. 
Solution:

If you see an Update Available for program version 25.1.004 or higher, install that update. It is likely that it will fix this issue.

However if that update isn't available yet, or this issue still persists, below is a detailed workaround you can do to connect heads as normal.


  • Before selecting the Configure Head button...
  • Choose Sprinklers to connect 

  • Now, select the Configure Head button
  • Fill out and select options in the dialog box as normal
  • Once you are finished, pick Connect Head
  •  Then select the pipe to connect the sprinklers to. (In this example, circled in red)
  • After following these exact steps, the final result should be a normally connected pipe and sprinkler heads, as shown below!
